Pocket Production began as a private internal toolkit — built one studio at a time as the work demanded it. Bid Studio came first, after one too many last-minute rewrites. Pipeline followed. Then Calendar. Then a Binder, because the production binder kept getting reprinted at 11pm.
Each tool was made to solve a specific moment in the day a producer actually has — the brief that comes in at 4am, the deal that needs redlining before lunch, the wrap day that has to bill, archive, and reconcile by Friday.
After years of internal use, we opened Pkt up to a small circle of working producers in 2026. If you make commercial film for a living, you're welcome to ask for an invite.
Every active job, every stage, every owner. The board producers actually open first. monday.com syncs upstream; Pkt is the source of truth downstream.
The tools the producer reaches for between call and wrap. Sheet, Binder, Rolodex, Chat — live on phones, shared with crew, kept honest.
Bill, archive, deliver. Invoice Studio bills against the won bid. Client Portal carries your brand to the agency. Admin keeps the books straight.
